• Maximum Guests:  14 (more guests for event bookings are allowed with advance approval).
• Age Requirement:  Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder is 25 years
• Smoking:  No smoking permitted inside the home
• Check-In / Check-Out:  3pm check in and check out 11am (please inquire about earlier check-in requests).
• Payment:  Full payment due at booking
• Security Deposit:  $250 due at booking.  (Returned within one week of departure upon inspection).
