Rental Policies:

• Maximum 10 guests on property – No unregistered guests without prior approval
• Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
• Full payment due at booking
• $200 Security Deposit at time of booking (Upon inspection – Returned to you within one week of departure)
• Check In 3pm / Check out 10am – Let us know if you need an earlier check in time
• Parking for one vehicle & one small trailer in driveway.  Or, one large trailer & street parking.  Nearby trailer storage is available at Belle River Marine for $20/day (must call in advance).
• No smoking indoors (designated outdoor smoking area provided)
• No parties or events; quiet hours are 10pm-7am

HAVE A LARGE GROUP?  Waterfront is our 2nd cottage on the Belle River Marine City “The Boat House” which sleeps 2 guests with one vehicle (nearby trailer parking available).
