5 Minutes to North Channel DNR Ramp – 5 Miles to Marine City DNR Launch – Under 15 Minutes to Lake St. Clair via the Fair Haven DNR Ramp

Your stay at St. Clair Cottage includes shared property amenities which include fire pits, outdoor covered pavilion, compound bathrooms, and more.

For large groups and extended needs, we offer these flexible additions on our resort property:

Superior Vacation Rental Home, a separate four-bedroom unit that sleeps 14, (Bunk bed room sleeps 8 & the other 3 bedrooms include 2 Kings and a Queen).  For additional and maximum capacity, the adjacent Riverview Resort compound welcomes your RVs.

• Maximum 2 guests on property (more guests are allowed with advance approval)
• Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
• Full payment due at booking
• No smoking inside home
• $200 Security Deposit at time of booking (Upon inspection – Returned to you within one week of departure)
• Check In 3pm / Check out 10am – Let us know if you need an earlier check in time
• Free on-site parking for 1 vehicle & 1 Boat Trailer
• Pets ONLY with Prior Approval
