Rental Rates / Policies:

Rental rates $650/night – Cleaning Fee $350 for 8+ Guests / $250 for less than 8 Guests

  • Three night minimum
  • Sleeps 16
  • 5 Bedroom – 4 Baths
  • Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
  • Non-smoking home – Smoking area designated at Fire Pit
  • $600 Non-refundable Deposit at time of booking
  • Payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival date
  • No Pets
  • Check in 3pm / Check Out 10am… we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals when possible

We are on the North Channel, just off the main M29 in Clay Township – about 20 minutes from the I-94 Hwy.
