RATES & PAYMENT TERMS
Rates Start April 1st as follows:
- $200/Night for Main House – Minimum 2 night stay with $75 cleaning fee – 3 nights or more NO cleaning fee WINTER rate: October 1 – March 31 @ $175
- $175/Night for Cottage “Overflow” Unit (More details at bottom under booking calendar)
- $200 Security Deposit within 7 Business Days – Full Balance Due One Month Prior to Arrival. Cancellation Policy – Deposit and final payment are non-refundable. If cancellation does occur, final payment only may be returned at owner’s discretion if able to re-book your exact dates.

RATES & TERMS:
- Our beautiful Bonus Cottage may be rented in conjunction with our Lake House rental above only.
- Maximum 4 guests in the Bonus Cottage
- SUMMER: Lake House $200 + $175 Bonus Cottage = Entire property total of $375/night
- 3 nights minimum to book both the Lake House and the Cottage combination
- Bonus Cottage may not be rented separately – only combined with Lake House to ensure privacy of our guests.
Our “Bonus Cottage” has been completely renovated and is located on The Lake House property. It is available as an overflow option to accommodate extra guests.
