RATES & PAYMENT TERMS 

Rates Start MAY 1st as follows:  

$200 Security Deposit within 7 Business Days – Full Balance Due One Month Prior to Arrival.  Cancellation Policy – Deposit and final payment are non-refundable.  If cancellation does occur, final payment only may be returned at owner’s discretion if able to re-book your exact dates.

TWO NIGHT STAY:

  1. $235/Night for Main House with $75 Cleaning Fee
  2. $185/Night to Add Bonus Cottage with $50 Cleaning Fee

THREE NIGHTS or More STAY:

  • $235/Night for Main House $50 cleaning fee
  • $185/Night to Add Bonus Cottage with $25 Cleaning Fee

 

NEW for 2024!  Both wells have a Boat Lift for convenience!

Do you have up to 4 extra guests to book “both” the Lake House and our “Bonus Cottage?”

RATES & TERMS:

  • Our beautiful Bonus Cottage may be rented in conjunction with our Lake House rental above only.
  • Maximum 4 guests in the Bonus Cottage 
  • SUMMER:  Lake House $235 + $185 Bonus Cottage = Entire property total of $420/night
  • 3 nights minimum to book both the Lake House and the Cottage combination
  • Bonus Cottage may not be rented separately – only combined with Lake House to ensure privacy of our guests.

Our “Bonus Cottage” has been completely renovated and is located on The Lake House property.  It is available as an overflow option to accommodate extra guests.
