Free kayak usage plus optional 13 passenger 22′ pontoon boat with tube & floating pad / waverunner may be included for your enjoyment (note you need to have a watercraft safety license to drive the boat … not hard to get, but a Michigan requirement or from your state).

- 1000 square feet home with many recent updates including a new large fully equipped granite kitchen with new black stainless appliances … Fully equipped kitchen means, a performance blender to make your smoothies, a Keurig for your coffee, hot chocolate and tea, along with a crock pot, dual deep fryer, hotel style waffle maker, food processor, Kitchen Aid mixer, toaster, and stainless steel pots and pans.

- Bedroom #1 has 2 Queen Beds / Bedroom #2 has Queen & Twin / Living Room has 2 Queen pull-out sofas
- Protected 160′ canal dockage for up to for boats in the water, or 4 trucks with trailers… Easy canal access via the Swan Creek to put you onto northern Anchor Bay / Bouvier Bay. Several DNR public launch sites minutes away for all species fishing.

Summer Rental Rates May 1 – September 30:
– With Watercraft (Pontoon/Jetski) $425/night we promise 1 Jetski
– “Without” Watercraft $250/night
Refundable damage deposit $300 without watercraft / $500 with watercraft

Winter Rate October 1 – April 30: $175/night
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE RENTING WITH WATERCRAFT: If you’re booking our home with the Pontoon/Jet-Skis, our insurance company requires us to orientate you to the boats. We provide an initial orientation with every rental. IF you need ADDITIONAL orientations, there is a $100.00 fee. BEST to have “ALL” your guests arrive at the same time and you will not incur any additional orientation fees.
