Centrally located for multi-fish species of Walleye, Salmon, Sturgeon, Bass, Perch… and fall duck hunting with North Channel access!

Rental Rates / Policies:
$250/night Spring | Summer – Discount $200/Night Fall & Winter – 3 Night Minimum
- $250 Deposit at time of booking
- $200 Cleaning Fee
- Final Balance Due 3 weeks prior to arrival
- Cancellation policy: Refunds at owner’s discretion depending on the ability to rebook
- Maximum 8 People on Property
- Minimum Age of Rental Agreement Holder 25 years

- Check in 4pm / Check Out 11am… we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals when possible
