  • Restaurants: Plenty of options for dining and shopping a short drive by car or boat
  • Parking for 3 trucks w/trailers

  • Fish cleaning station
  • Also, Duck hunting a short drive away and Ice Fishing just a short walk – Bring your snow machine
  • No smoking inside either house

RATES & PAYMENT TERMS (Off season Nov.-April & longer stays with reduced rates are available – please call to inquire)

$200 Security Deposit within 7 Business Days – Full Balance Due One Month Prior to Arrival.  Cancellation Policy – Deposit and final payment are non-refundable.  If cancellation does occur, final payment only may be returned at owner’s discretion if able to re-book your exact dates.

TWO NIGHT STAY:

  • $235/Night for Main House with $100 Cleaning Fee
  • $185/Night to Add Bonus Cottage with $40 Cleaning Fee

THREE NIGHTS or More STAY:

  • $235/Night for Main House $85 cleaning fee
  • $185/Night to Add Bonus Cottage with $35 Cleaning Fee

 

Both wells have a Boat Lift for convenience!

  • Our beautiful Bonus Cottage may be rented in conjunction with our Lake House rental above only.
  • Maximum 4 guests in the Bonus Cottage

  • Bonus Cottage may not be rented separately – only combined with Lake House to ensure privacy of our guests.

Our “Bonus Cottage” has been completely renovated and is located on The Lake House property.  It is available as an overflow option to accommodate extra guests.
