The LeBeauT House is an open “Bunk House” style floor plan. 

One half (left) three new twin beds coming soon | Right side of home with kitchen & open living space.  Separate bedroom area with one twin bed.

Doorwall at right leads out onto the large waterfront deck with BBQ and dockage for 3 boats.

Rates/Terms: 

$200 / Night Sunday – Thursday and $240/Night Friday & Saturday … TWO night minimum thanks

$100 Cleaning Fee

50% due at time of booking – balance upon arrival.

Rental Policies:

  • Maximum 4 guests
  • Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
  • No smoking inside home
  • Full Payment due 30 days prior to arrival date
  • Check In 3pm / Check out 10am – Let us know if you need an earlier check in time
  • Free on-site private Gated/Locked parking for 2 trucks with trailers
