Rates:  $225/night … THREE night minimum thanks….   Book for 7 nights and receive weekly rate of $1,300!

Rental Policies:

• Maximum 6 guests
• Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
• No smoking inside home
• $250 Security Deposit at time of booking (Upon inspection – Returned to you within one week of departure)
• Payment due 30 days prior to arrival date
• Check In 3pm / Check out 10am – Let us know if you need an earlier check in time
• Free on-site parking
• Boaters and Fishermen please note:  There is one bridge to pass under.  No problem for pontoons & fishing boats.  No hard top center consoles can pass.  Photo below was taken during peak high water levels.  As of 2025, water levels are 1′ lower or more.
