Rental Rates / Policies:

Rental rates $200/night with *common area (SEE BELOW) and **$275/night for “full first floor” privacy – see details below.   Receive 1 free night with a 7 night weekly booking.   

PRIVATE Main Floor Area:

• Two night minimum
• Comfortably sleeps 4 – We also have two cots for an extra 2 Guests if needed
• Two Bedroom (each with two twin beds) – One of the Bedrooms has Waterfront View & Patio Deck Access
• Full Updated Large Bath
• Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
• Non-smoking home – Smoking area designated at Fire Pit
• $200 Non-refundable Deposit at time of booking
• Payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival date
• No Pets
• Check in 2pm / Check Out 10am… we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals when possible

*COMMON Area:

• Although your host Christa has her own private 2nd floor full apartment, the kitchen & laundry rooms may be accessed as common areas where occasional coffee, fish stories and tips are shared!    See rates above if you would like to **reserve entire 1st floor amenities privately for your group.

NEED SOME “lodge” Extras?  For those who care not to cook, Christa offers a menu with a variety of meals which may be freshly prepared for you upon your return from a long fishing day!
