Located inside a small “protected” bay of Northern Anchor Bay & Bouvier Bay lies your Lake St. Clair vacation!
Bring your boat or kayak and enjoy the quiet sunrise mornings on calm water & watch beautiful sunsets in the evening. Great fishing off the dock too!
Main entrance houses a common area with laundry room, table with chairs, along with inside entry to “The Bunk House, Captain’s Quarters, Drift Away” units.
Outdoor areas of seating at the waterfront and along the common area & private entrance to “The Crows Nest”
Amenities at Bass Pointe Rentals @ Bunk House | Crows Nest | Captain’s Quarters | Drift Away | Dry Dock Units:
- WIFI, TV, Air Conditioning, Heating, Towels, Bed Linens, Soaps, & Paper Products
- Fully stocked kitchens
- Four boat slips are available (we have 5 units) – One per unit based on availability. All units are guaranteed one dock except the “Dry Dock unit”. IF a 5th slip is required for that unit, one will be provided at owner’s residence a short couple house walk away.
- Huge yard and plenty of parking for your truck and trailer.
- Enjoy the gas grill, patio space, lakeside fire pit (bring your own) and gorgeous sunsets.
- Fish cleaning station
- Public boat launch within a mile as well as restaurants, party stores and bait shops. GREAT FISHING RIGHT OFF THE DOCK!!

RATES (View Availability “for Each Unit” on Calendars Below):
- “Early Season Special” for April & October Only – $120/night – NO MINIMUM nights!
- May – September – $140/Night Sunday-Thursday | $160/Night Friday & Saturday | 3 NIGHT MINIMUM thanks – One FREE Boat Well Per Unit
- Cleaning fee $100/per stay
- Maximum 3 Guests per Unit
- Full payment within 3 days of online booking (Credit Card or Venmo)
- Cancellation Policy: Refund 50% with >14 days before check-in. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Bass Pointe Rental Terms:
- Self Check In after 3 pm (Earlier arrival to launch your boat may be allowed with prior approval – please feel free to contact us)
- Check Out 10 am
- Not Suitable for Children & Infants
- No Smoking in Units or Enclosed Porch ($250 Violation)
- No Pets
- No Parties or Events
- Quiet Hours from 11 pm – 8 am (Ira Township Ordinance) – $500 Noise Violation
- Guests Responsible for Missing or Broken Items

The Crow’s Nest is a unique loft apartment with vaulted knotty pine ceiling and skylight.
Casual, cozy, and clean, it has everything you’ll need including a Smart TV, internet access, large walk in shower, and fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials.
The 2nd floor loft space has 4’6” ceiling at its peak. The steps are a bit steeper than a traditional staircase.

The Dry Dock is a one bedroom 1st floor unit with an open floor plan, sleeps 3 (2 twins +futon) new kitchen & bath, private patio with BBQ, storage vestibule for rods & coolers.
All units are guaranteed one dock except the “Dry Dock unit”. IF a 5th slip is required for this unit, one will be provided at owner’s residence a short couple house walk away.
