Long driveway for RV/ Boat Parking along with street parking.  The bedrooms upstairs are separated by a door for peace and quiet.

The downstairs offers one sleeper sofa for additional guests and the enclosed sunporch gives the night owls a place to chill and be festive..

Anchor & Oar is a perfect family, local wedding or Fisherman getaway!

Situated next to Saint Mary’s Church and a 4 minute walk from charming, Old Town New Baltimore.  Families will love that the kids have board games, basketball, a play set and a TV with video gaming console + headset.

Fisherman have room for two boats, a fish cleaning station and 110 power to charge batteries; as well as a dedicated freezer in the garage for fillets and double bagged fish remains.

Things to consider… All bedrooms are upstairs. The house was built in 1927 and has old world charm as well as 4 stairs just to enter the home.
