Experience some of the best fresh water fishing the world has to offer at Anchor Bay Boathouse.  Centrally located on Lake St. Clair, take advantage of opportunities to catch a wide variety of species of fish like Bass, Perch, Walleye, Muskie – all close by.

BOAT DOCKAGE OPTIONS:

  • Canal front dockage for one boat
  • You may utilize “The Boathouse” which includes two hydraulic lifts for up to a 19-28′ boats.
  • Or, leave your boat on the trailer and take advantage of the many local DNR launch ramps – including the Selfridge boat launch only 5 minutes away!

Rental Rates / Policies:

Rental rates $290/night (2 Night Minimum) includes use of Boat House with two hydraulic lifts for 19-28′ boats.  

  • Three nights or more $0 Cleaning Fee | Two Nights $120 Cleaning Fee
  • $290 Non-refundable deposit at time of booking
  • Full payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival date
  • Sleeps 6
  • 3 Bedroom – One queen, bunk bed, full size and 1 XL Twin
  • 2 Full Baths
  • Parking for 4 vehicles & 2 boats
  • Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
  • Non-smoking home
  • No Pets
  • Maximum 6 People on Property
  • Check in 3pm / Check Out 10am… we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals when possible
