- Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
- Non-smoking home
- $200 Non-refundable Deposit at time of booking
- Payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival date
- No Pets
- Check in 3pm / Check Out 10am… we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals when possible
