RATES & PAYMENT TERMS 2022:
$235/Night except for *special dates shown below (2 Night Minimum Booking) – $75.00 Cleaning Fee:
*May 26-30 – Memorial Weekend – $250/Night
*June 24 Weekend – Jobbie Nooner – $250/Night (Thursday, Friday, & Saturday)
*July 4 Holiday – June 30, July 1-5 $250/Night
*August 6 – Raft Off Weekend $250/Night (Thursday, Friday, & Saturday)
*September 1-5 – Labor Day Weekend – $250/Night
- Minimum 2 night stay….. Book for a week July – October at a discount!
- $200 Security Deposit within 7 Business Days – Full Balance Due One Month Prior to Arrival. Cancellation Policy – Deposit and final payment are non-refundable. If cancellation does occur, final payment only may be returned at owner’s discretion if able to re-book your exact dates.
- Bonus – $50 off minimum 2 night stay if active Military, Veteran, or Police Officer
